Jenelle Evans Says She Weighs 108 Pounds: What Are the Teen Mom 2 Star’s Weight Loss Secrets?

Clearly she gave up the Alfredo sauce! Teen Mom 2’s Jenelle Evans has always made her love for Olive Garden and buttered bread known, but these days the mother of two has a deeper passion — getting in shape.

On Thursday, March 26, Evans, 23, tweeted, “Weighed myself in class and went from 115 lbs the beginning of this month and now 108 lbs! Sweating and working out is paying off!”

That means that in less than a month this reality star shed seven pounds. The 5-foot, 1-inch North Carolina native shared some of her weight loss secrets with her one million followers.

After one fan asked for her suggestions, she replied, “@j2jensenjared I don't drink protein shakes.. low carb diet, only water to drink, chicken/steak, veggies, cardio, and home workouts. Shredz supplements , Niacin, Biotin.”

Evans and her fiancé Nathan Griffith welcomed their son Kaiser back in June, and she slipped back into a bikini soon after. Lately her focus has been on working out and spending time with her kiddos. 

“Had an amazing day with the kids! Weather was simply amazing and they loved taking a walk on the pier!” Evans tweeted on March 21 along with a series of photos of baby Kaiser and her older son Jace, 5. “These are the moments I cherish the most!”
