Lea Michele’s workouts have been paying off. The Scream Queens actress showed off her impressive abs and toned bod on the cover of Women’s Health magazine’s November 2015 issue.

Michele, who surprisingly doesn’t have a trainer, donned just a swimsuit top and a pair of comfy-looking pants for the smokin’ hot cover.

“I go back and forth between hiking and hot yoga,” the Glee alum, 29, revealed to the mag. “I like exercises that have a little spirituality to them. It’s the greatest combination of meditation, detox, and a fantastic workout.”

She also credits her Scream Queens costar, Emma Roberts, for turning her on to Pilates. “Emma introduced me to Pilates in New Orleans,” she added, revealing that she and her costar hit up Romney Pilates Center while on location multiple times a week. The pals work up a sweat on either the Cadillac or reformer machines with floor-based workouts using BOSU balls or TRX straps.

“When I get stressed out, i think that for me, I just live a very active life. No matter what, if I can just go for a nice hike or if I can have a little glass of wine and eat good food, that’s always my best medicine,” she continued on what keeps her balanced.

In fact, the actress feels more balanced than ever.

“I couldn’t be happier right now,” Michele, who is dating aspiring actor and model Matthew Paetz, added while talking about her new role on Scream Queens and her castmates. “It’s really such an amazing blessing.”

One thing she’s not game for, though, is screaming on the hit horror comedy.

“I refuse to scream on the show,” she explained. “[Creator Ryan Murphy] got me in a booth one day and I told him, ‘I’m screaming like twice and then you’re going to have to use it the whole season’ because I’m a singer and I was there with Ariana Grande and we were like, ‘We can’t scream, this is our gift.’ So I don’t scream, they just dub it in.”
