Still a kid at heart! Elizabeth Hurley enjoyed a fun day out with her son Damian, 12, on Tuesday, Oct. 21. The British actress, 49, and her youngster visited London’s popular department store Harrods where they tried on some goofy hats.
“With my little man at the Disney Cafe @Harrods,” Hurley captioned the selfie with her son via Twitter, who wore Mickey Mouse ears with a Fantasia hat while she sported Minnie Mouse ears with the character’s signature red polka-dotted bow.
The bikini designer was visiting the department store to check up on her swimwear line, which had its own display.
“.@Harrods thank you to the lovely staff at the swim department. Elizabeth Hurley Beach looking great!,” she captioned a photo of herself posing in front of her line.
Hurley welcomed Damian in 2002. He is the son of American businessman and film producer Steve Bing, who insisted on a paternity test after a brief, non-exclusive relationship with Hurley in 2001. Hurley’s ex Hugh Grant is the child’s godfather. After giving birth, Hurley took a long hiatus from show business, returning as the cutthroat Diana Payne on Gossip Girl in 2011.
“It was very interesting for me doing television because I’d done movies for years, and then I took quite a lot of time off to raise my son and then when I came back into the industry, this was the opportunity and it was television,” she said during an interview with MIPCOM about her upcoming series The Royals earlier this month. “But I’ve always been a massive fan of television. I think you have some of the best writing, some of the best producing, and some of the best acting anywhere coming out of television.”
