Beyonce and Jay Z are ready for Christmas! Just one day before Thanksgiving, Queen Bey posted a breathtaking Instagram photo of the couple's little girl Blue Ivy marveling at a Christmas tree on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
Blue, who turns 3 in January, had her back to her famous mom as she stood gazing up at the large ornaments. Perhaps a nod to her own name, the tree was decorated with blue and silver striped balls, as well as teal-colored trinkets, elephant adornments, and large shimmering snowflakes.
The "XO" singer, 33, has paid tribute to her tyke before with shades of blue. Back in February 2012, she donned eye-catching cobalt nail polish for her first public appearance since giving birth at Jay Z's Carnegie Hall concert afterparty at The 40/40 Club in NYC. In May, she showed off her "B Hearts Blue" nameplate necklace made by jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer on Tumblr.
Beyonce is poised to have a pretty memorable holiday season in 2014. She just released her Beyonce: Platinum Edition box set ("7/11" music video, anyone!?) and celebrated younger sister Solange Knowles' New Orleans wedding earlier this month. 2013 was nothing to scoff at, either. Last December, she dropped her surprise self-titled album, even picking up a copy for herself with fans at a Massachusetts Walmart.
