Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is being accused of assaulting the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter in a new lawsuit filed by her conservator Bedelia Hargrove on Wednesday, June 24, just hours after the 22-year-old’s family announced she’s been moved to hospice care. The complaint, obtained by Us Weekly, accuses Gordon, 25, of dragging Bobbi Kristina upstairs by her hair, withdrawing her funds without authorization, and knocking out her teeth just hours before she was discovered facedown and unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31.

“Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured,” Hargrove’s statement read to Us. “Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift,” her statement concluded.

The lawsuit also notes that Bobbi Kristina had confided to someone that Gordon was “not the man she thought he was” and that she had set up a time on Jan. 31 to meet with her confidant. She never made it to the meeting, and has remained hospitalized and in a coma since being diagnosed with global and irreversible brain damage. The document claims that she got into a “loud argument” with Gordon in her home before she was found unresponsive. Gordon also allegedly transferred $11,000 from her account after she was taken to the hospital.

The lawsuit, which is seeking $10 million in damages, also alleges that Gordon often answered Bobbi Kristina’s cell phone and would not allow her to make appointments without his approval. Gordon is also accused of perpetuating fraud by pretending to be married to her.

Earlier in the day, Bobbi Kristina’s family announced that after five months in a coma, the 22-year-old was being moved into hospice care.

"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate," Pat Houston said in a statement to Us. "As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."
