Pregnant and happy! Bristol Palin shared a photo on Instagram on Monday, Oct. 5, with her son, Tripp, and another young boy, updating her followers on her pregnancy.
“#7monthspregnant but still the best time with my boys,” Sarah Palin’s daughter, 24, wrote. In the photo, Bristol looks happy, rocking shades and a black top. She’s accompanied by her 6-year-old son Tripp with ex fiance Levi Johnston, and a boy who appears to be her youngest brother, at what looks like a resort or pool, all wearing swimming gear.
The former Dancing With the Stars contestant is expecting her second child. She confirmed the pregnancy in a blog post on June 25, referring to her pregnancy as a “disappointment.”
“I know this has been, and will be, a huge disappointment to my family, to my close friends, and to many of you,” she wrote. “But please respect Tripp’s and my privacy during this time. I do not want any lectures and I do not want any sympathy.”
The reality personality quickly defended the pregnancy after receiving backlash a few days later on June 28.
“This pregnancy was actually planned,” she wrote. Everyone knows I wanted more kids, to have a bigger family. Believing I was heading that way, I got ahead of myself. Things didn’t go as planned, but life keeps going. Life moves on. I do not regret this baby.”
Bristol got engaged to Marine Dakota Meyer in March 2015. The two called off their wedding that was set for Memorial Day weekend.
The teen pregnancy prevention spokesperson has not revealed who the father of her second child is.
