The New York Daily News reported on Monday that a police source said Weinstein "asked if [the woman's] breasts were real before touching them." The insider told the paper that Weinstein allegedly "put his hand up her skirt. He asked for a kiss; she responded 'No.'"

Two law enforcement officials also told The New York Times on Monday that Weinstein, the high-powered co-chair of The Weinstein Company, was questioned after the alleged incident.

"They did not know each other," one anonymous law enforcement official told the NY Times. "She didn’t know him and he didn’t know her; there is no indication she knew who he was."
