Iggy is in demand! Capping off her best summer ever, Iggy Azalea will headline at the SLS Las Vegas Grand Opening party on Friday, Aug. 22.
The 24-year-old rapper will also be joined by a surprise guest at the 3,000-person fete, just days before she is set to perform live with Rita Ora on the MTV Video Music Awards in Inglewood, Calif.
The announcement comes from sbe, the hospitality group behind celebrity hot spots such as Hyde, The Emerson Theatre and The Sayers Club, and Pepsi as the two companies partner to debut the SLS Las Vegas, the first hotel and casino to debut on the Las Vegas Strip in almost four years.
Azalea has been making waves this year. The hitmaker is set to host MTV's House of Style, will appear in the upcoming film Fast & Furious 7, while also continuing to dominate the music charts with two smash number one songs and a new single, "Black Widow" featuring Rita Ora, poised to do the same.
