Married life agrees with Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder! The newlywed stars were practically glowing in a new Instagram shot from their Mexico honeymoon on Saturday, May 2.
“Salty…sandy…sticky…sunburned. The best. I love this human. My human,” a tanned Reed, 26, captioned an Instagram pic of her new hubby, 36, giving her a kiss.
The pair tied the knot at the Tuscali Mountain Inn in Topanga, Calif. on April 26, with a slew of family, friends, and Vampire Diaries costars in attendance. Shortly after the ceremony, the bride and groom embarked on the start of their lengthy honeymoon.
“Both of their schedules are pretty clear for a while,” a source told Us Weekly. “They’re planning an extravagant trip around the world!”
Up next on the list? After Mexico, the couple made a pit stop in Brazil. Reed shared a stunning beach photo via Instagram on Sunday, writing, “bon dis Brasil! eu te amo.”
Somerhalder also posted an image of himself posing next to the Brazilian flag, writing, “My Brazil right now… Thank you to the amazing Fans, the incredible ISF supporters, the awesome Vampire Attraction Con and the yummy @azzaro_official for bringing me here and making this trip so beautiful.
