Luke Bryan: CMA Music Fest Is “Ground Zero for Hardcore Country Music Fans”

Play it again! Luke Bryan and other top country music stars, including Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, and more are preparing for the television event that is the CMA Music Festival.

The pre-taped music event will air on Tuesday, Aug. 4, and for those fans who couldn’t make it out to Nashville, Tenn. for the June tapings, it promises a star-studded lineup of performers. The six-day lineup of artists played host to one of the music-loving city’s biggest festivals.

“It’s the best. It’s a fun week for me,” Bryan, 39, says in Us Weekly’s exclusive new teaser clip. “I love it. I love being home. I love coming into Nashville. Watching the fans and watching the flashbulbs go off and just how excited they are to be here.”

The seasoned performer notes that the annual event is unlike any other country music concert.

“It’s ground zero for the hardcore country music fans,” he declares.
